We are here to provide the tools, knowledge, and confidence so that people with any disability or health condition can live more independent lives. We do it through education, resources, peer support, employment, life and literacy skills development, and our flagship Entrepreneurs with Disabilities program.

In Motion & Momentum+ is a skill development and skill discovery program for individuals wanting to set new goals for their lives.
It is especially useful for those who, for one reason or another, may have been stuck or feeling like they've been moving in a direction that is not right for them.
